Hi. My name is Dianne Goodrick. I have founded TACT solutions to help businesses, big and small alike, to meet their training and documentation needs.
In so many cases businesses need to provide documentation and training solutions to their customers, but their in-house staff are, more often than not, so busy that they are unable to fit developing these in to their already over-flowing schedules.
I am a Technical Resources Specialist with over 10 years experience in training and documentation in a variety of vocational contexts, including the information technology and engineering industries, communication, and cultural and linguistic exchange. With this experience I can work with your staff to provide knowledge and skills which promote understanding between your business and clients, support both internal and external projects, and enable your staff to focus on their core competencies.
